Predicting the evolution of Techspot insideout
By Ashish MohtaWelcome to Technospot. This post is dedicated to a complete review of technospot and and its evolution into something different in its own niche. First I would like to present a poem which reflects my blogging experience over 3 months. Here We go:-
I start my day by sitting on a chair
Giving my blog a hard cold stare
By next minute I am done with another post
Oh! This has become a routine so boringLike all , I entered blogging with a great hope,
Adds are many and there is plenty of money
Dreams of buying a new mobile, pay my bills
Google helped me believe all thatThus I entered the world of blogging
Only to realize there is tough money
As Darren said you need more patience
But I was loosing all my essence.Seeing the blog day and night
Have taken the power of my eye sight
Daily posts and regular comments
Had made my blog indexed but not page ranked.Working holidays and busy weekends
No time for friends nor for family
My blog steals most of my time
Helplessly I watch this crime.Just for getting indexed and get some more comments,
I forego these moments with my honey,
When I should be out having fun
I am deciding dates when my blog will be postedStill I love blogging, I cant get away
Coz I need money that my blog pays
Word press plug-in to thee I pray
If there is one - give me one and make Adsense adds click all the day.
Now I would like to break up my points into smaller blocks to give you a clear idea of what I am writing in the post and what you would gain from this blog in upcoming year. This blog is a child to me. I had seen this growing , talking to so many people, receiving support, crashing sometimes and now its ready for the big race.
An Overview
- The Aim : Technospot has aimed from starting to make things simpler. Technology as it seems is not an easy creature to understand by everyone. This blog has been making things simple, enlighten news, explain programs and studying things deeply to give a review of the hot spot in market make the readers find a right choice. But this is not the end.
- Communication: It had been communication with every reader who had made comments and its grown since last month. Its been a good experience talking to so many different people with different ideas and nobody has went without an answer and never will. If you have a question this blog has an answer. You just have to make a move.
- Technospot’s Niche: The niche of this blog is analysis of technology not just the news. I don’t believe in just putting the news to make people read. If you want a news I am very sure this s not the place you would come for. There are already portals for that. Its niche is to give people an analysis , to tell them what is it about and why it is rather then telling this is it.
- Ideas: The major idea that came few months back was Bloggers Pool. Bloggers Pool is basically a collection of blog introduction with an image and authors name. I believe an image can tell more. Links don’t make them understand what hey mean. I have tried with a little success in this but this will be an evolution point for techspot.
The Future Ahead
- Promises: An aim to simplifying technology is just not the aim. Coming year this blog will be covering technology more with a advantages, future compatibaility, comparisons along with analysis. Readers will find more opportunity of gaining something rather than just reading and even participating in technological race. I believe a product or a program is successful if its fulfills the need of a person. Then why not let them make a choice and participate to judge something rather than just giving an analysis.
- Increasing Relationship: Readers have to know more but in simple manner.Techspot promises to bring more communication among readers with new ideas. Giving more liberty and option to communicate .Even I have ideas for bringing bloggers and readers more communicable.
- Blogging Network: From a previous article of Darren, I learnt the importance of bloggers working in a network.Competiton is always there between bloggers but if worked with proper understanding can make them grow together. This will not only give advantage to bloggers as they grow in big network covering unique niche of their own but to readers who can find things at one place giving them more options to understand.
- Readers Forum: Every blog covers its own niche but few have forums to give a chance to readers allowing them to participate in major discussion. Why not let a user put a question on its own and blogger solve the issue(of course it should be related with the niche). So a forum would be seen soon for technospot to allow readers and bloggers to participate closely. Now if we think a little more, blogging network can boost readers forum as there will be more bloggers to solve an suggest their own ideas.
- Expanding Niche: Technospot will be expanding its niche to programming and complex sci-fi technology. This will give advantage to programmers and geeks to understand the technology and give better ideas.
Awards from Technospot
After covering the prediction and review of this blog I would like to Honor about my favorite blogger, reader and my “gurus” ( inspiration) and the best hotspots of this year on my blog.
(A)My Inspiration: The sole credit of blogging and growing to a blogger goes to Darren. He had been a great inspiration to me not only in terms of blogging but his posts which tell how to communicate with people and whets important in internet domain. Many of the ideas on my blog I have adopted from Darren’s Blog .Though I had not communicated with him directly but Darren I am very thankful to you.
(B)Favorite Bloggers: Thilak, the power house of tech-buzz and Fauzi , the cypherhakz guy had been the best bloggers I had ever met.
- Thilak had been a great help to me when my blog crashed. Its not because he just helped and I have his name here, but he is more than that. A good human being, very helpful , patient and good friend and of course a champ in his field.
- Fauzi: He had been a learning tutorial for menthe first blogger I met and I saw his blog changing and growing. His blog gave me a lot of ideas. His wordpress plugins had been very useful to me and he had been a good friend to me.
(C)Favorite Reader:
- Tushar Telichari: He had been a secret reader for my blogs. He is not just a reader but my godfather in world of programming. The creature of programming that lies inside me is his creation. He is working EMC Corporation, as in Senior software engineer.Though he had not put any comments so far but He had been telling me my mistakes on how to write and specially when I make do some spelling mistakes. He doesn’t spare me and I love that.Thank you Sir for always being there.
(D)Major Hotspots:
- Microsoft Prepaid computing for India which has around 1100 readers according to google’s analytics and stats plug-in I am using.
- Indian Search Engine : Guruji.com This group has challenged to beat Google by next year end. They are targeting more on Indian content and have future plannings. One of the team member from Guruji.com lately made a comment on my blog’s am honured. You can see the posts here and here
At the end I would like to thank you for patiently reading this a bit long article. I hope I did my max to explain the evolution of techspot.Visit to this blog will be always great for me and If you have anything to ask and suggest I am open for that. Any mistakes you find here feel free to point out. After all we all learn from each other.

It’s good you use the Wordpress tool,
I’ll sure add you to my feeds,
As I can spot ideas seeds.
For now I wish you all the best,
Happy New Year and the rest,
And if you want some good advice,
Fine-tune your AdSense, make it nice,
And so you’ll see your income grow,
Although you know it’s kind of slow.
Btw I think I’m going to follow your suggestion after new year and concentrate on building a niche blog.
Thnx a lot for your comment on my blog.
I wish you continued success with TechSpot. I love how you recognized your favorite reader, that was really cool and very sweet.
